A getaway that will forever be remembered is the one in Las Vegas, what’s often called "Sin City" due to its casino gambling places, though I prefer to remember it as an "amazing" city, Las Vegas, Nevada.
From Los Angeles to this gambler’s city, It was a four hour drive in the summer. The weather was awfully hot but such anticipation filled the air. When my buddies and I got to our casino Hotel, we were captivated by the courtesy accorded to us by the valet attendant as he greeted us from gambling and entertainment universe, this was the beginning of what resulted in being the most fantastic time.
We played card games like poker, chemin de fer and other table games like craps and slots, we laughed and ate fantastic foods, made by some of the best chefs around the world, all right on the strip of the gambling city.
I wanted to take my chances on a gigantic dollar slot machine and made a decision to hazard 25 dollars of the $200 I had to play with for the complete vacation. After feeding 17 dollars into this giant slot machine I won 300.00 dollars and I jumped up and down and horsed around so much, a casino employee headed our way and offered my buddies and myself no cost tickets to a show with vouchers for 2 free refreshments. We were in a world of shock, admiration and recognized that it was going to be a gambling and action getaway not to be cast away.
